The pattern comes from the book Arne & Carlos knit & crochet garden. The pattern is very well explained, and although it’s a bit “finicky” and small, it is easy to make. I‘m not a knitting wonder and I’ve succeeded.
Mr. wool mouse is fun to make because you always see it grow. While you are knitting you fill the parts. First one leg than the other leg put together, move on to the bodice, then make an arm and another arm which you attach onto the body, futher to the neck and then the head. The ears are made apart you attach them at the end. In the book are also wardrobe patterns for Mr. Woolmouse. I made a Norwegian / Icelandic sweater based on the sweater pattern in the book and made the pants as described. So Mr. wool mouse is warm and he can shamelessly go outside 😉
